MEMBERSHIP AND CLASS AGREEMENT
Welcome to Box Beat LLC. By purchasing a membership, class package, or individual drop-in class, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Purchase and Billing Options
We offer two primary ways to train at our facility:
- Monthly Memberships: Grant recurring access to the gym and scheduled classes based on your selected tier. Memberships are billed automatically every month on your anniversary date.
- Individual Classes / Drop-ins: Grant one-time access to a specific scheduled class.
2. Strict Refund Policy
To maintain fair scheduling and high-quality coaching for all members, Box Beat LLC enforces a strict refund policy. By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
The 15-Day Rule: Refund requests for active monthly memberships must be submitted in writing within the first fifteen (15) days of the current billing month. Absolutely no refunds, partial or full, will be issued after the 15th day of the month.
- Expired Memberships: All memberships must be used within their designated active period. Once a membership expires, any unused days or sessions are completely forfeited. Expired memberships are strictly non-refundable and cannot be extended.
- Individual Classes: All sales for individual classes, single sessions, and drop-in passes are final. No refunds will be issued for individual classes under any circumstances.
3. Class Cancellations and No-Show Policy
Because class sizes are limited to ensure proper coach-to-boxer ratios, the following rules apply to individual class bookings:
- Cancellation Window: You must cancel your reservation at least 6 hours before the scheduled class time to retain your class credit.
- Late Cancellations / No-Shows: If you cancel within the 6-hour window or fail to show up, the individual class credit will be forfeited.
4. Code of Conduct and Safety
- Equipment: Hand wraps and boxing gloves are mandatory for all contact and bag work.
- Safety: Box Beat LLC reserves the right to terminate any membership or deny entry to anyone exhibiting aggressive, unsafe, or disrespectful behavior toward staff or other members.
5. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from this agreement will be handled strictly within the jurisdiction of San Antonio, TX.
